The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and St. Paul Marketing Team. By accessing, browsing and/or using this site (“Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not our services.

1. ADVERTISING SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITION: 

St. Paul Marketing Team, agrees to provide you (the “Client”) with Services (defined below), subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions hereafter outlined (the “Terms and Conditions”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. As our client, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, both for current and for any additional services for which you may contract with St. Paul Marketing Team including all payment terms. In this Agreement, “you” and “your” refers to the client. Upon engaging St. Paul Marketing Team for Services you should have verbally accepted a summary of key provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, just notify St. Paul Marketing Team within five days of your order and no further obligations will be in effect for either party.  However, you shall be responsible for the cost of all services provided until such cancellation procedure is followed. Failure to notify St. Paul Marketing Team of cancellation according to the process defined above shall be deemed to indicate that you have read and understood all terms and conditions and are bound by them.

2. TERM, PAYMENT, & MODIFICATION: 

The term of this Agreement shall begin and become effective as of the sign-up date, which coincides with initial payment. The term shall continue as follows unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing: Payment for service covers contract for initial set-up of 30 days which shall be paid in full before work commences. Following the initial contract term, this Agreement shall be automatically renewed at the end of each 30-day period for a successive 30-day term unless either party provides written 30-day notice of its intention not to renew or if both parties agree to enter a new contract term for a determined time period. Client agrees to pay to St. Paul Marketing Team all applicable charges to its account in United States dollars. 

 3. GUARANTEE: 

The St. Paul Marketing Team Inc. can only guarantee that we will complete services paid for. Clients must understand than any results of our services such as increase in sales or page rank can Not be guaranteed.
